Morson Talent are currently recruiting for preferably a Night shift MDC Operative to work for one of our rail clients based in Cardiff.

The Nightshift operative must be flexible and be prepared to work both day or night shifts when required, main requirements are covering midweek nights. 5 shifts will be as minimum but opportunity for more overtime.

No PTS required, telehandler ticket will be advantage.

Duties

Prepared to work on own and as a Team.

Receiving in Delivery of all Materials (In House Training)

Ensuring accuracy of all deliveries and delivery documents (In House Training)

Reporting of discrepancies and/or missing Materials. (In House Training)

Picking, Assembling and Issuing Materials (In House Training)

Weekly/Monthly Stock Checks. (In House Training)

Maintaining Materials and Plant Items (In House Training)

Fork Truck Operative Counter Balance and Telescopic (Training Required)

Slinger/Banksman (Training Required)

Working to Health and Safety Procedures (In House Training)

Learning and understanding Picking and pre assembling Materials as per Requisition requests. (In House Training)

Learning and understanding how to Read OLE Drawings and X-Sections. (In House Training)

Driving duties when and if required. (Full Licence Required)

Must have ability to work well with others.

Good communication Skills.

Understanding the value of the OLE Materials.
