Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview:

A tier 1 major contractor is looking for an OCS Pole Catenary Specialist for the Cairo High-Speed Rail (HSR) Project. The OCS Pole Catenary Specialist will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the overhead catenary system that powers the high-speed trains along the Cairo rail corridor. This role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of OCS poles and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation of OCS poles and catenary systems in alignment with project timelines and specifications.


Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper design integration of OCS components with the rail infrastructure.


Conduct inspections and quality checks on OCS installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the alignment, installation, or performance of OCS poles and catenary systems.


Coordinate with subcontractors and other teams to ensure that the catenary system is installed with minimal disruptions to other project components.


Ensure all work is performed according to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
