Are you a Supervisor with P-Way experience? Are you looking to work for one of rail's leading contractors? If so, this role may be for you! Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a P-Way Supervisor to work in East London!
As P-Way Supervisor you will plan and deliver track renewals and associated works and ensure that the work is planned and delivered safely and to time and budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Site and Project Manager
- Take charge of construction activity (track work) and deliver the planned work safely and on time, adhering to the requirements defined by the client
- Manage a team and monitor / drive the performance of P-Way Core Gang staff reporting to the Manager in terms of delivery to time, quality specification and budget
- Carry out the role of Site Supervisor in charge of a construction site as directed.
- Risks assess site conditions and work activities; and plan or initiate suitable control measures.
Candidate Requirements:
- PTS
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience in managing Plain Line and/or S&C construction sites.
- Ability to lead and motivate people.
- Ability to manage resources.
- Comprehensive understanding of track standards and permanent way renewal techniques, including interfaces between disciplines.
