We are currently dealing with one of the UKs leading multidisciplinary consultancies who are looking to take on a Rail Bid Manager to work alongside their team in London, specifically South London in a remote hybrid role.
The successful candidate will be integral to the many exciting infrastructure and redevelopment projects this award-winning group are working on, as well as having the opportunity to liaise in a client facing role with this groups many high-profile clients, ensuring that quality commercially focused solutions are provided.

The responsibilities of the job:
- Managing and coordinating various Rail bids from tender to submission.
- Working with various technical leads.
- Reporting on rail bid submission win and loss rates and lessons learnt.
- Managing rail bids with multidisciplinary teams.
- Report writing to the Head of Rail.
- Lead and mentor the employees working for them.
- A good team player within a multi-disciplinary environment, but able to work on own initiative and under pressure when necessary.
- Building new client relationships and develop existing client relationships.
- Continuously developing skills relevant to the rail business.
- Understanding of bidding process.
- Experience working on complex rail bids.
- Rail experience essential.
- Client consultancy experience essential.
