Rail/ Metro Cost Control Estimation Specialist: Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Cost Control Estimation Specialist for an on-going Rail/ Metro project in Philippines.

Opportunity:

This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an experienced international expert to join their team. The initial contract shall be a 12-month (with considerable extensions) assignment to be based in the capital, Manila as part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for supporting in the management and implementation of all procurement and commercial aspects of the project. These will be during the design, tendering, procurement and constructions stages. The role shall be working on behalf of the end client on the JICA/ ADB financed project being carried out to FIDIC conditions.

Key requirements for the role:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 20 years of General Work Experience
• 15+ years experience as Cost Estimation & Control Specialist for Land Transport Projects
• Previous Project value of $500+million

Salary Package:

The salary package would be free of Taxes and expected to be between $8,000 & $9,000 per month. Additionally there would be allowances for accommodation, Travel and insurances.
