Rail LEAN and AGILE coordinator - Latvia

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced LEAN and AGILE coordinator for a recently awarded Rail Construction Supervision project in Latvia.

Opportunity:

Working as part of an International Team Supervising the Construction of the Civil Components of a Highspeed rail project in Latvia you shall be responsible for liaising with the end client, contractors and other stakeholders setting up and managing all aspects relating to LEAN & AGILE Systems.

Responsibilities:

The successful Tunnelling Specialist shall be the leading representative with Tunnelling activities on this green field project, acting on behalf of the client. They will be required to supervise the construction (both TBM and NATM), report on progress and resolve technical issues as they arise. They shall be supported by a team of Tunnelling Engineers, Geotechnical and Commercial experts.

Key requirements for the role:

• A Civil Engineering degree (or related subject)
• 10 years in construction industry and experience in Lean and or Agile management
• Previous Rail Experience, preferable High Speed
• Regional Experience & 'Right to Work' would be preferential

Language:

Fluency in English writing and communication

Salary Package:

The salary package is flexible on experience but likely to be in the region of €8-€10,000 per month
