Rail/ Metro Chief Tunnel Ventilation expert - India

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a leading European consultancy who are requiring an experienced Chief Tunnel Ventilation expert for an upcoming Metro Project in India.

Opportunity & Responsibilities:

The opportunity is to join a major Metro project, from its early phase and lead its successful delivery. As part of an International team you shall be working closely with the Project Director and other discipline leads both country and offshore experts. The role will to be work on behalf of the end client.

Responsibilities:

As Chief Tunnel Ventilation expert you shall have responsibility for co-ordinating all Civil and tunnelling activities to ensure that the Ventilation systems are design, installed and tested sufficiently. The successful individual shall be working closely with Civil, Tunnelling, Architects etc. experts ensuring their successful delivery of the project. A major aspect of the role shall be to liaise with all stakeholders while ensuring your companies goals are met and standards are maintained.

Typical requirements for the role:

• 25+ years of experience
• Bachelors in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering & Master
• 20+ years of experience in Metro Rail
• 5+ years in the capacity or equivalent.
• Regional experience would be beneficial.
• Japanese Nationality would be preferred. (But not essential)

Salary Package:

The salary on offer for this position is around $12-16,000 per month with a full package including Flights, transport, insurance, per diem.
