Salary: £45K basic, OTE year 1 £80k, year 2 £100k ++

Recruitment Consultant – Rail

As an experienced Rail Recruitment Consultant you will be focused on both delivering against vacancies from existing customers as well helping develop new business opportunities within the Rail and Infrastructure industry.
The role includes building long lasting relationships, managing a portfolio of client companies within the Rail and Infrastructure industry, client visits, lead generation, screening applicants, and matching the best suited candidates with suitable vacancies.
The successful candidate with have similar experience within a rail recruitment role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Demonstrable track record in consistent billings
• Ideally experience of technical sector recruitment
• A knowledge of Sentinel is an advantage
• A desire to succeed and learn
• Driven by achieving company goals and targets
• A desire to maximise earnings
