Rail - Requirements Manager, Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are working with a major international Consulting Engineering firm who are requiring an experienced Requirements Manager for a major Metro project in Manila.

Opportunity & Responsibilities:

Due to the pending commencement of the E&M Systems contracts an Experienced and Capable Requirements Manager is required to join the General Consultants working on behalf of the End Client.

The successful individual shall be joining an International Team playing a key role in the successful delivery of the project while ensuring standards and safety are maintained. As part of the role your shall be working closely with all disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• As an Engineer representative; Set up a Project Requirements Management Plan,
• Review Contractors RM Plan for compliance,
• Clarify and follow up the process within Engineer and Contractors,
• Establish the initial database for Requirement Management within ComplyPro which shall encompass all the contract requirements for E&M systems, Track Works, Rolling stock and Civil MEPF.
• Advice, guide on necessary Verification and Validation (V&V) activities,
• Ensure the Contractors have incorporated all the necessary contract requirements, track and record assumptions, and demonstrates compliance with requirements with evidence formally recorded.
• Liaise with Engineer Consultants and Contractors
• Drive the Requirements Management Process as part of the overall System Assurance policy to the Acceptance of the Contractors Works.
• Coordinating and implementing the Change Management and Configuration management process to the contract clause in ComplyPro data base.
• Managing the DRACAS (Data Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System) module for fault recording of all systems and its analysis during project implementation period.
• Ensuring the Contractors have a set of records appropriate for auditing and inspections in ComplyPro.
• Preparation of RM Reports and dashboards for the Employer.

Requirements for the role are:

• Engineering Degree (or related subject)
• 10+ years of Rail or Metro
• 5+ years as a requirements Manager
• Previous Consulting Engineering experience
• Regional Experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary Package:

$10,000 to $13,000 per month TAX FREE plus accommodation allowance, flights, Insurances
