Scope: Design and maintain the security architecture for IT projects, ensuring compliance with security standards, and delivering solutions that align with strategic goals and infrastructure requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Design Authority: Serve as the primary architecture design authority on projects and programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver business benefits.
Solution Ownership: Create high-level architecture and solutions that meet the technical requirements of IT Services customers.
Alignment with Strategy: Ensure the detailed design and technology align with the Chief Information Technology Officer's (CITO) strategy.
Security Standards: Guarantee adherence to security best practices, especially for core renewal projects.
Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with other DDAT teams to ensure proposed designs integrate with existing or future infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, ensuring that designs meet business functionality and needs.
Third-Party Resource Direction: Lead third-party resources in developing solutions, ensuring they meet timelines, costs, and quality targets.
Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing to drive reuse of data, processes, and technology across projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Strong background as a Security Technical Architect in corporate IS environments.
Experience in delivering architecture components, especially within outsourced service arrangements.
Security Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of security technologies and concepts, including:
Cloud Security
Network Security
Identity and Access Management
Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
Perimeter Security
IT Risk Management with a focus on security
Security Protocols, Authentication, and Authorization
Implementation of security solutions
Third-party auditing
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams to solve business problems.
