Due to our continued growth, Ganymede Solutions is looking to recruit skilled rail labour for ongoing works in Bristol and the surrounding areas. We are looking to speak to people who hold PTS, Track Induction and ICI as a minimum but would also like to speak to people with additional skills such as COSS, Crane Controller, Points Operator, Level Crossing Attendant.

We are looking to bring in individuals as well as ready-made gangs that have experience of Track Renewals and associated works. This will be an opportunity to work towards "core" status and grow your own work bank by performing on sites that reward staff with the correct attitude.

Staff must be willing to work weekends and have safety as their highest priority above anything else, we expect all staff to understand and act in line with our "Safety First, Safety Always" ethos.

Rates are competitive and will be negotiable dependant on experience. Your gang will also receive a van and fuel card, as well as this you will be given the opportunity to develop and progress your skill set.
