Applicants will need to have a buildings and civils background and have a good understanding of all elements within the various trades.

Applicants will need to be able to diagnose faults over the phone or by looking at the information provided which will allow them to send the correct tradesperson to carry out repairs.

The role will need you to be a working supervisor over the Kent route.

Applicants would also be responsible for delivering reactive works from start to finish and carrying out safety and quality audits for both reactive and planned faults.

The role would suit someone with good computer skills as we use various software to update Network Rail but also monitor many remote buildings across the the route.

You will be required to travel between the sites across the whole of Kent so a clean full driving is essential.
