Company Information:
My client is a primary contractor for Network rail delivering a diverse range of projects from earthworks and embankment stabilisation schemes to major structural projects such as footbridge replacements and bridge refurbishments.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Previous experience of clerical work preferably within the rail industry.
- HSQE awareness, issues & principles
- Good level of education to include GCSEs in maths English and / or NVQ L3
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
Rail experience.
Role Information;
- Provide technical assistance working as part of a project team, assisting to deliver projects on time
- Prepare & submit Intervention Instruction Document (IID) to the client within specified timescales
- Work closely with the Site Management team to produce site documentation using Insight and maintain client specific software with information provided by Works Delivery Managers
- Monitor & report programme and progress
- Populate Health & Safety paperwork i.e. Work Package Plan, Task Briefs, Risk Assessments etc for the project team and manage submissions to the client
