Job title: Traction & Rolling Stock Trainer Assessor
Job location: London (Multiple Depot Delivery); 40 hours a week
Salary: £48-50k, Standard Company Benefits & Travel Expense Paid
Key Responsibilities
*Maintaining engineering staff competencies across multiple depot locations
*Designing and delivering training courses.
*Assessing staff competencies.
*Managing personal development plans and progression of current technicians qualified up to level 3.
*Developing & delivering specific training for fleet and depot equipment as required.
Person Profile
*Must have demonstrable knowledge of engineering for rolling stock.
*Minimum of level 3 engineering qualifications - BTEC/C&G/NVQ or advanced apprenticeship in relevant field.
*It will be beneficial if you have a A1/D32 or other similar assessment or training qualifications.
Skills
*Strong team player and good communication skills are essential.
*Ability to use engineering principles and interpret and meet technical standards.
*Flexible to travel across multiple London locations.
