The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Ford & Stanley is the first step on the ladder in an individual's career in recruitment. A sales based role that will combine candidate management, developing new client relationships whilst learning their industry and the basics of recruitment - essentially developing a strong platform and foundation on which to build a highly successful career.

Introduction to the position:

Main responsibilities:

• Source and interview candidates that are relevant to your sector and clients
• Sell opportunities to candidates and sell candidates to clients
• Generate sales opportunities by identifying and following up on leads gained from candidates, clients and networking events
• Assist senior team members in the advertising and selection process for vacancies allocated from existing clients
• Develop your own business knowledge
• Hit and achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales and productivity targets.
