Traineeship (Eight Week Programme)

Are you keen to get a taste of what it would be like to work for our business?

Our short eight -week traineeship is a great way to get a flavour of our business.

With four weeks on the job experience and four weeks of class room based training, there is the opportunity to put your theory into practise. What’s more, at the end of the programme, you will be awarded a diploma in Customer Service Level 2.

Looking at our business needs and the individual interest of the trainee, our trainees will be placed in front- line customer service duties at one of the following locations: Tottenham Hale, Bishop Stortford, Liverpool Street, Shenfield, Chelmsford, Colchester, and Ipswich . The class room based training will be delivered at our Learning Academy in Stratford.
