The Utilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the relevant information is available and used by the supply chain to ensure that the subcontractor processes are in place to work safely. They will ensure that information is gathered, administered, disseminated and sufficiently up to date to enable efficient planning and safe execution of works.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Rail industry.
Rate: £30 to £40 per hour, PAYE
Location: Remote working with visits to site located in Central London
Duration: Initially 3 months
Hours: 8am to 5pm.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in the role of utilities co-ordinator
- Previous experience working in a BIM environment, the software used for this project is Bentley and Projectwise.
- Previous experience in a site-based construction role in major construction
- Precious experience working on Utilities diversions
- Attention to detail for production and evaluation of documentation
- Liaison with various stakeholders, with conflicting aims and aspirations
- Good understanding of quality assurance process
- HSG47
- CITB approved Course or equivalent
