Salary: £27 per hour Dayshift & £32 per hour Nightshift - Umbrella - plus an additional payment of £74.30 will be paid daily

The role
We are working in partnership with Gemini Rail Services to recruit for skilled and experienced Welders to join their team.
As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks using MAG Process, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in welding and fabrication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What do I need?
- To have served a recognised Apprenticeship
- The ability to weld in the following positions: Flat, Horizontal, Overhead and Vertical.
- Ability to follow technical instruction both written and verbal
- Experience in an engineering environment
- Ability to work to a high level of detail and precision
- Trained in problem solving techniques, root cause analysis and team working
- To be willing to take and pass a Drugs and Alcohol test, along with a comprehensive Occupational Health Assessment.

Hours
- Minimum 50 hours per week Monday to Friday, Maximum 72 per week Monday to Friday and either Saturday or Sunday
- Dayshift 6am - 6pm (includes 2 hours overtime)
- Nightshift 6pm - 6am (includes 2 hours overtime)
- Standard 10 hours are per day or night Monday to Friday
- Overtime is available 2 hours per night and 12 hours either Saturday or Sunday
