A Railway Telecommunications Contractor is seeking a Principle Telecoms Engineer/CRE (Operational Comms Systems) to be based in the North of England.
As a Railway Telecoms Principle Engineer/CRE you will covering GRIP stage 3-8. You will be responsible for the production of design, design co-ordination, planning, co-ordination and technical queries for a series of railway operational telecommunications related projects throughout the UK. You will be required to attend progress meetings with the client, manage the engineering programme and liaise with Installation, Construction and testing teams to ensure they meet the design and programme requirements and Network Rail standards.
You must have a railway telecommunications at CRE level covering but not limited to FTN, FTNx, Concentrators, GSMR, Transmission, Fibre and Copper networks and lineside telephony. In return for your skills and experience you will be rewarded with either a salary and package that is commensurate with your experience or an ongoing Contract for the right candidate.
