An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Account Manager. The Product Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Development and Delivery.
Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of product supply contracts in accordance with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for supply contract QCDP performance
- Management of contract progress and active KPIs and reports to senior management
- Proper transfer from tender to execution
- Support with product supply bids and tenders
- Responsible for the contract governance and ensuring contract commitments are met
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or ONC/HNC level
- Experience in Account Management or Project Management
- Basic knowledge of signalling and infrastructure products
- Knowledge of railway products and skills
Desirable:
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of project management processes
