We are currently looking for a Production Co-Coordinator to join an ever growing engineering company based in Croyden.

Core responsibilities
- Creation and completion of shop floor paperwork Manufacturing/Service Orders and Strip/Survey sheets
- Administration of Navision tasks for project
- Administration of project trackers
- General Administration tasks including invoicing customers, raising purchase orders, creating inventory transfers
- Checking of orders for key elements around standard cost, material, labour
- Communication of project progress to customers
- Collation and communication of project documentation
- Labour Recording and Posting in Navision
- Sub-Contract buying and co-ordination of sub contract activities directly with suppliers
- Monitoring of job performance to ensure that variances to standards are reported and investigated in line with labour recording
- Coordinating with stores departments on shipments and receipts of customer assets
- Co-ordination with service engineers and sales teams on technical documents and job packs
- Archiving of job packs and documentation
Professional Experience & Education
- Good Team working skills are essential
- Production or Operational administration experience
- Microsoft Office particularly MS Project
- Experience of ERP systems essential (specific training in Navision will be given)
- Previous experience in a similar background would be advantageous
skills & Knowledge
- Good Organisational skills combined with an attention to detail
- Must be able to consistently prioritise and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
Package Details
- £25k £30k (dependant on experience)
- 36.5 Working week
- 20 days holiday (pro rata)
