Title: Production Services Manager

Location: Crawley and Hornsey

Description:

Manages and runs the facilities regarding hard (e.g. technical building management) and soft services (e.g. cleaning or reception services), for assigned facility site(s).

* Adopts functional guidelines and processes, and ensures efficient management of facility operations, for assigned sites.

* Plans assigned budgets/expenditures and other resources, and decides and monitors its allocation, within given limits.

* Ensures compliance with all defined RE policies, and with local laws and EHS regulations.

* Ensures proper administration of financial, contract and documentation aspects of both building and related service management ("hard" and "soft" services).

* Defines service scope and provision, organization, resources, timeline, implementation, risks and control.

* Negotiates respective local service contracts, and coordinates, controls and evaluates service and work delivery.

* Cooperates with external parties like architects, authorities, construction engineers, etc.

* Manages the implementation of EHS programs in cooperation with responsible professionals.

* Leads and/or coordinates dedicated professionals and staff.
