AMP Coordinator – Project W3 TRU01
Location: North WestWhat is the purpose of this role?
To work closely with the Project Lead AMP Manager, Construction Assurance team, and the NR Construction Managers, ensuring the correct and timely implementation of all relevant engineering governance & assurance documentation and deliverables. Focussing on W1,2,3,4 and assisting with other projects if required.
What will this role involve?
- To Report to and provide support to the Lead Asset Managers, specifically with regards to AMP Engineering Deliverables and assurance, through both design and construction phases of all projects.
- To Reference and comply to AMEY-Rail-Ops-ASSURANCE-PR-02 Asset Management lifecycle for Projects.
- To support and provide Engineering assurance deliverables for “Entry into service” when the infrastructure is being brought into operational use. To ensure compliance and timescales in line with NR/L2/INI/0075 Entry into operational Service.
- To support and ensure “Ellipse data” is supplied by each discipline for works they are undertaking and agreed with the NR Construction manager prior to supplying to the AMP Manager and System support Engineer for Network Rail.
- To support all CEM’s and CRE’s in their duties where necessary and provide engineering documentation to support the AMP process.
- To review of all necessary Engineering deliverables TOC files before, hand back to maintenance or supply to the AMP Manager.
- To work towards the safe, compliant, timely, effective, and efficient undertaking of engineering works for all disciplines within the scope of the AMP process on TRU West.
- To promote AMP management and assurance within the wider TRU West Alliance team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, legal, and special requirements.
- Provide support and technical AMP management advice throughout all TRU West projects.
- Set and maintain high standards and ensure that Network Rail are satisfied with AMP management performance on all TRU West projects.
- To assist with the preparation and review of critical project engineering documentation.
- To support any AMP Audits and provide the relevant documentation within Timescales.
- Embrace and control compliance with Company procedures, policies, and delivery plans, as well as relevant Improvement Plans.
- Develop and drive forward innovation with regards to AMP management practices.
- Support Amey senior managers in their efforts to promote the wider Amey business.
- Support the Amey team in implementation of the Amey Values.
- Work collaboratively with Amey colleagues within the TRU West Alliance.
- To support the creation of all necessary AMP management documentation in conjunction with the relevant engineering disciplines.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using, reviewing, applying, and implementing all relevant NR AMP systems and processes
- Standard 019 Briefing
- Ellipse Data
- D&A Screening
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and manage all stakeholders
- Computer expertise – Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
- Understanding of the Railway Operating Environment
- Presentation skills, collaborative working
- PTS AC/DC
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Training:
- Experience of working multi-disciplinary projects within the railway infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or a similar approved qualification)
- Membership of a relevant professional institution
- Health & Safety Training (NEBOSH or IOSH)
- Driving licence.
