We are dealing with a client organization who are looking to recruit an Assistant Project Controls Manager based in London and the Southeast working on the New Highspeed Rail project. As the Assistant Project Controls Manager, you will undertake the integration of scope/cost/risk whilst supporting the Project and Senior Project Controls Managers. - Supporting and coordinating project controls activities within the supply chain, projects or contracts to assure the accuracy and quality of cost, risk and schedule information being captured.
- Support the development and maintenance of an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality and track performance for projects and contract.
- Accountable for analysing the data and reports submitted to provide insights and trends on performance and risks to support decision making
- Supporting the periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality and risk to drive expedient programme delivery and manage performance, and capturing and analysing cost data, including inputting cost data into data capture systems.
- To be responsible for reviewing supply chain programme submissions and update
client schedules.
Job Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the core project controls functions, including; baseline maintenance, schedule management, cost performance, change management, risk management and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of Project and Commercial Management including understanding of cost delivery, schedule targets.
- 2 years + experience within a project delivery role
