TXM Recruit are working with one of the UK's largest TOC's to source an experienced Head of Franchise Projects for a £100 million investment project across the Midlands, to ensure the delivery to scope, cost and timescales so that each is completed and handed over to the relevant departments within a 2 year time frame

Head of Franchise Requirements:

• The role is responsible for managing a large team delivering a range of projects. This is a two-year fixed term contract role on the basis that the portfolio of projects will be delivered or handed over to other departments within this timescale.
• The role will manage budgets and resources in an appropriate manner to ensure delivery of the projects through their lifecycles.
• The role includes line management of a number of dedicated Project Managers who in turn, are responsible for the completion of the individual projects within the overall programme. The role should ensure that company project management processes are adhered to at all times and strict project governance is applied.

Head of Franchise Experience:

• Managing large-scale/complex enterprise-wide business transformation programmes.
• Managing a large scale, multi-skilled project team
• Managing senior stakeholders including Executive Teams
• Programme and Change Management methodologies, techniques and tools
• Educated to degree level or have substantial experience (min 7 years) in a relevant field
• A recognised PPM qualification (MSP and PRINCE2)
