Main goals:
- Support the Senior RAMS Project Manager on UK contracts, working closely with the RAMS team in Central Europe
- Apply and establish consistent RAM/LCC processes and models over the entire product life cycle across UK projects
Main tasks
Personnel
- Support and management of maintenance analysis projects
- Application and establishment of RAM/LCC processes and models throughout the entire life cycle of the product
- Definition of project specific processes within Stadler's procedural landscape
- Expansion and coordination of our maintenance concepts in cooperation with the fleet management and product development
- Preparation of maintenance and RAM analyses
- Set up of specification and coordination with suppliers and the development team with Senior RAMS Project Manager
- Exposition and presentation of RAM/LCC concepts and results
- Support and implementation of RAM/LCC requirements in our projects
Organisational
- Assist the design of attractive and competitive offers for projects
Recruitment and Succession Requirements
Essential:
- Higher education degree in electrical, mechanical or process engineering, economics or equivalent qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in transport sector, maintenance and RAM/LCC
- Demonstrated experience in project management;
- Analytical thinking and high perception in complex processes
- Independent and structured working method with high standards of quality and reliability
- Effective demeanour, assertiveness and reliable negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel nationally and overseas to other sites on a regular basis including an initial training programme spent in Central Europe
- Resilience and communicative skills
Desirable:
- Understanding of German (written and spoken) would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in management of small projects in transport sector preferred
- Project Management certification
