Job Overview

• Reporting to the Project Director and leading the team in the co-ordination of a number of tasks within the work site and completing planned works to budget, safely and within set timescales.
• Maintaining a high standard in all areas of engagement including the client, suppliers, contractors, stakeholders, partners (internally or externally) Policies & Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the role of Project Bids Manager on all tenders nominated by the Project Director.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and programme.
• Preparation of the project Cost Performance Review and Contract Monthly End Sales documents.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the client, contractors & suppliers at all levels throughout the project.
• Ensure that all site reportable incidents are recorded and managed appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience in leading a large, evolving, multi-disciplinary team.
• Association of Project Managers accredited training course.
• Completion & qualification of various Environmental courses.
• Successful record of safely delivering projects to time, cost and quality
• Proven developer of teams
• Ambitious, motivated and able to take accountability
• Must have experience of delivering systems controls projects
