Job Title: Project Manager - Rail Transit (Tel Aviv)

EWI are supporting a leading European consultancy firm who are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for a major Rail Transit Project in Tel Aviv. This key role will involve overseeing the development, design, and construction phases of the project, ensuring the highest standards in Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Project Management and Assurance Management systems.
• Oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the design and construction phases.
• Manage and coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
• Monitor the financial performance of the project, including profit and loss management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed, with continuous monitoring and coordination through our dedicated Safety Coordinator.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the business and grow the project's scope.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management and Quality Assurance within the rail transit sector.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and implementing Project Management and Assurance Management, along with a Quality Management System (QMS), in a rail transit project.
• Proven track record on projects with a value of at least USD 300 million
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Experience in coordinating and managing complex consultancy projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Client relationship management and business expansion expertise.
• Capability in managing profit and loss.
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments, with a focus on safety and risk management.
