Job Title:
Pre-Construction Project Manager

The company is a well-established Main Contractor who are looking for a Pre-Construction PM to manage and lead the teams at the bid stage, and during all Pre-Construction activities.

The role would be office based in Preston.

Key responsibilities for this Project Manager role:

- Providing support & directly reporting into the Pre-Construction Lead, to oversee all preconstruction responsibilities
- Monitor progress against plan and review
- Attending meetings & communicating with directors to report on project performance

Experience required for this role:

- Experience on Civil Engineering/Infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication & report writing skills
- Previous experience of successful delivery of projects


Package offered for this role:

- Up to £75,000 per annum
- Car Allowance, holidays, pensions, health and wellbeing care etc.
