Project Accountant

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Belfast – 1 day per week in the office

IR35: Inside

£23.06 Umbrella / £17.09 PAYE per hour

We are looking for a Project Accountant to work on a contract basis for our client in Belfast. This is a hybrid position, with 1 day per week expected in the office. We are looking for candidates that have excellent verbal and communication skills, and that have experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and senior managers.

Role requirements:

• Experience working within a finance team, inside an Accounts Payable and an Accounts receivable function.
• Experience of managing a team of staff.
• The capability to work on own initiative, delivering results and managing work.
• Ability to recognise and resolve any issues.
• Ability to lead, develop, and encourage staff.
• Have successfully passed the final examination and be a full member of an Accounting Technician body.
