Were seeking a Team Organiser (Project Administrator) to join our clients dynamic team, working on the prestigious TransPennine Route Upgrade project.

You'll be responsible for providing organisational and administrative support to the team.

As the Team Organiser, you'll be the glue that holds the team together, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.

You'll be responsible for diary and email support, coordinating travel logistics, and organising internal and external meetings. You'll disseminate information to other team members, maintain registers and records, and act as a point of contact for the team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, able to deal with change and complexity, and experienced at managing a robust filing system in various locations.

You'll also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build strong internal relationships with stakeholders at various levels, you will also have an experience working in a construction environment.
