We are looking for someone to support our growing Project, we need someone who can commit to initial six month contract.

The role

The successful candidate will provide project controls management to monitor the programme to ensure accuracy of project plans, cost, health and safety and overall project delivery performance. You will have a background within planning with good working knowledge of P6.

Responsibilities

• Provide the monthly project planning review, change control, risk management and forecasting cycle through supporting the planning team and reviewing program changes.
• Production of a variety of reports and presentations for the client and liaising with the client to ensure integration of the programme and project controls functions with other disciplines.
• Proactively manage the development and coordination of project plans, project costs and risk mitigation, implementing improvement activities alongside the technical owners.
• To work in a collaborative manner with the client team ensuring that all aspects of the reported data is adhered to.
• Identify resource requirements needed to support the programme and the costs associated with the programme.
• Manage the control and reporting framework.
• Advise and guide the project planning team and other team members.
• Maintain records of authorised project change.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Controls Manager

• Security clearance

• Project delivery experience

• A background in project planning
