The identified (S)PCE will undertake project key deliverables across various Programmes.

Projects include:

• Early Measures (electric charge point installation)
• OZEV Taxi (installation of electric charge points for taxis)
• Clean Air Plan Taxi
• GM Clean Air Plan (GM CAP) Programme and projects

The (S)PCE will undertake the following key deliverables:

• Maintain workstream schedules in Primavera (P6) working closely with suppliers and the project team including regular monitoring and update of all project schedules
• Develop and maintain cost plans for all projects, manage and monitor costs
• Develop and manage resource plans for all projects
• Manage change control and related impact assessments for all projects
• Production of periodic project / programme dashboard reports
• Develop quarterly capital forecasts in conjunction with project team and TfGM Commercial colleagues for all projects

Specifically for GM CAP Programme:

• Manage and maintain detailed cost and resource plan and input to quarterly reporting to government Joint Air Quality Unit (JAQU) and other adhoc requests for information

• Planning for next phase of work over next 4-6 months in line with government requirements (scenario planning and what-if development)
• Plan on a page development informed by the above
• Successful candidates will be proficient in cost management and excel in commitment,
• stakeholder skills
• Technical ability and the ability to communicate technical schedule and cost information to senior stakeholders and furthermore be experienced in the use of Primavera (P6).
