Problem Statement
A dedicated resource is needed to facilitate Project Controls functions for Tranche 2
Scope
The Project Controls Coordinator will liaise with Tranche 2 team to carry out the following activities:
*Facilitating and updating Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies for Tranche 2
*Supporting Tranche Lead (and Programme Lead) by conducting performance and risk mitigation planning, management and control activities as necessary
*Preparing meeting papers, including agendas, collating and formatting meeting papers, circulating finalised papers, and taking concise and accurate minutes at Tranche 2 meetings.
*Updating Programme Actions Log and work with PMs to ensure actions are carried out to deadlines.
*Adhering to the IPO timeline and ensure the Tranche 2 team effectively to the processes set out.
*Coordinating the change control (IPO) process for the Tranche 2.
Goal
To obtain better structure and empathise on Project Controls for Tranche 2 (providing to support delivery teams).
