Are you an experienced Project Controls Engineer, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team in London?

Do you have a range of experience within Civil Engineering / Transportation and Infrastructure sectors?

You will be working on high profile infrastructure projects including HS2 and will be a key part of this motivated and inspirational team. You will have a wealth of knowledge and experience within major complex environments within construction and engineering along with a good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contracts, and specifications.

The role

• Implementing Projects and Cost Control Procedures, ensuring compliance with the business management systems.

• Assist in production and delivery of the Performance Measurement Baseline and updates.
• Capture and integrate current and forecast programme, budget, cost, and risk at CBS & tasks levels.
• Ensuring all Cost related inputs are reliable and provided in a timely manner to support the Performance Measurement Update (PMU) process.
• Have a good understanding of various methods of cost control, forecasting and performance reporting (Earned Value Metholology).
• Understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
• Attend progress meetings within all business units along with weekly / monthly site visits.
• Liaise with the Commercial team on the financial progress, actual cost and forecast.
• Providing general support to the Commercial team on tasks such as monthly cost reports & accruals based on EVA.
