About The Role

We currently have a unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator for our Power Network division.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

As part of your day to day role, you will be trained to achieve the following:

  • Work closely with and support the project managers to deliver projects on time, to budget and quality
  • Assisting in procurement processes, supporting creation of tender documents, managing queries, evaluation of bids and preparation of contract documentation.
  • Assist with the execution of project periodic/weekly progress reports
  • Support in the administration of building contracts during the construction stage, managing progress on site and supporting communication with the selected contractor. Support handover of the project at the end of construction.
  • Assist with the execution of project programmes
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take minutes and distribute accordingly.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare power point presentations and disseminate accordingly
  • A willingness to undertake continual improvement and development through the working career.
  • A willingness to learn LV design
  • A strong desire to foster close knit high performing project teams
  • Willing to put in extra effort and maintain performance through challenging periods
  • Willing to attend site meetings/visits, which may result in overnight stops
  • Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
  • Promote the Linbrooke organisation, values, determination and culture.

Essential

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven and Proactive with the openness to learning new things quickly
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook and other desktop and data applications
  • Ability to develop and work within collaborative Client relationships

Desirable

  • Knowledge of budgeting, estimating and cost value reconciliation would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Knowledge of contract documents and specifications would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Knowledge of current legislation relating to Health, Safety and Environment would be an advantage, but not essential

Monday to Friday, Office based position.
