The Company

This company provide rail turkey solutions for the modifications and refurbishment of trains. They currently have a largeportfolio of high value and high-profile rail vehicle engineering refurbishment and improvement projects.

The Role

This position is to lead and manage two project assistants to deliver project support services to the commercial (bidding) and project management team. With projects on site worth £M’s you’ll be tasked with the invoicing of works being carried out, administration, and working with the commercial teams concerning additional chargeable work needing to be carried out. Hours of work are 8-4 Monday – Thursday and Friday 8–1.

About You

You’ll be an enthusiastic and organised projects support team leader from an enagineering background, with experience of using SAP ERP system. You’ll be required to delegate work with the Project Support team and liaise with Project Managers concerning work loads and vehicle schedules.

Requirements

• Team Leader experience of managing small teams
• Advance knowledge of Excel
• SAP knowledge with SD module (Sales & Distribution) & CS module (Customer Services) experience an advantage
