Up to £70,000 per annum - 2 years FTC

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will be an experienced Project Engineer, within the Rail / Stations environment, managing the relationships with designated contractors and suppliers, to ensure the continued excellent service to customers at all lectrical Mechanical and Fire systems works along this popular route. You will be responsible for all electro-technical disciplines that projects involve. Exerienced in managing all the Mechanical and Fire systems technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. ABOUT THE JOB

This position is offered on a two year fixed term contract, with the possibility of the permanent role. The project is the build and redevelopment of train stations, focusing on the Mechnical and Electrical aspects. As the Project Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the project engineering technical assurance and management. You will understand, develop, define and be able to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities. You will be responsible for quality of project deliverables, and ensuring the works are delivered to time and budget.

THE REQUIREMENTS

You’ll ideally have extensive experience of Mechanical, Electrical and Fire systems within Rail Sector, such as Stations. Indepth knowledge of fire and electrical regulations and Netweork Rail GRIP Stages. Educated to a minimum of a HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

THE SALARY

Salary up to £70k + Final Salary Pension + Free & Discounted Rail Travel + Range of flexible benefits + 25 Days Holiday + BH
