This position is all around acting as liaison between teams, updating documents, organising meeting and drafting meeting agendas and distributing meeting minutes etc.

1. Act as Liaison between Development and Campaign Teams – confirm work bank additions / deletions and implement change control process accordingly. Ensuring that the development team update future overviews to reflect agreed change control – IMS, OVERVIEW and TRS are always to align
2. Administer change control requests via NR change control processes to enable project and programme changes to be implemented.
3. Establish project contacts for all regional maintenance delivery units (MDU) and channel information via the Project Interface Coordinator. Know the Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Manager (IMDM) – Track Maintenance Engineers (TME) & Section Managers (SM) for all routes worked on.
4. Prepare, update, and maintain an active document control system of Asset Management Plan (AMP) associated documents on the High Output shared drive
5. Prepare AMP related site meetings, issuing invites as necessary - Take ownership and manage communications and paperwork between key attendees including High Output Asset Engineers, Project Interface Coordinator, and Delivery Supervisors and Techs
6. Collate Monthly Board Meeting Packs, requesting specific slide information from the various disciplines in readiness for SCM / CM progress briefings to the Leadership Team
7. Request the creation of Project Container Files within HDMS/ALIM at >T-84 weeks - Update / upload paper Health and Safety file deliverables to these container folders in real time through the project lifecycle – Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and assurance engineers for all signed documentation.
8. Organise progress meetings and agenda’s and record and distribute meeting minutes.
9. Location is Birmingham but you will need to attend a meeting in Crewe with the rest of the team every Thursday.
