We are currently searching for a Project Manager to work for an international design consultancy company with great strength and a culture of progression. As the Project Manager you will have successfully delivered projects covering building controls, building surveying and property and construction.

Due to business growth, they are looking for Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to be based in the Edinburgh office. You will be a key member of the team and will be expected to manage and deliver projects for key clients and to form part of a team approach to service delivery. Our high performing teams in Edinburgh, closely collaborate with other offices in our North Region.

It's an exciting time to join the team as we have new high value projects in the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for larger, more complex or challenging commissions or projects.
• Providing full, efficient and effective services in all technical and contractual aspects of professional practice.
• Collaborating with other disciplines and teams within the group
• Keeping abreast of relevant legislative changes, industry issues and developments in best practice.
• Positively contributing to and participating in internal/external training initiatives.
• Applying the principles of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organisation's Policies.
• Good understanding and practical application of the organisation's Policy and arrangements for managing your own personal safety and the safety of those who report to you.
• Positively encouraging compliance with company requirements and contributing to the improvement and development of the organisations management systems.

Requirements: 

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent recognised institutional body- RICS
• (BIM) Manager Certification- Building Information Modelling 
• Building Conservation
• Chartered Environmentalists
• Dispute Resolution
• ECO Assessor Certification
• Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme
• Valuer Registration.
