A leading engineering contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join them as their Delivery Manager, working at Wednesbury Depot s part of the Midland Metro Alliance.  The Delivery Manager will be responsible for construction activity in a live depot environment for all external and internal works.

The position involves:

-        Managing construction activity supported by Construction Managers and Site Engineers

-        Working alongside self delivery personally and subcontractors

-        Managing multidisciplinary buildings, civils, track and systems for Light Rail Infrastructure Enhancements project

Experience and Requirements:

-        Ideally 5 years experience in a similar role, as Project Manager/ Delivery Manager working in a live depot/ major civil engineering and construction experience

-        CDM knowledge

-        NEC contract experience

-        Track and Systems experience

-        Sand & Wash plant installation experience

-        Plant, Labour and materials management/cost control experience
