Airswift is urgently searching for a Engineering Project Manager to lead, manage, and control all engineering-related activiteds in a project to deliver on requirements, budget and schedule. This role is the main Engineering Interface with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of design, implementation, testing and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project to satisfy customer requirements while adhering to project budgets and schedules.
- Establish and maintain interfaces with other Engineering departments and with relevant functions (Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids).
- Continuous optimization of Project Engineering processes/tools/behaviours by considering business requirements, customer needs, technical innovations, and new market conditions.
- Monitor, control and report monthly all product related financial aspects of the project consistent with the contract requirements and established project management procedures to attain established goals.
- Ensure that relevant skills are maintained and developed by the Engineering team. People development and performance management.
Required Experience:
- Engineering studies (Master, Diploma, or similar) or equivalent work experienced based on technical (mechanical or electrical) education.
- Minimum 10 years' experience post graduate in the railway industry
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience.
- Previous large scale project experience essential.
