Project Oversight:

• Lead ISA projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, with high-quality standards maintained throughout.
• Create project plans, outline scope, assign resources, and track progress against set goals and deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders.

Safety Compliance & Assessment:

• Conduct safety assessments for railway systems following CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129) and other relevant safety requirements.
• Review and analyse safety documentation (e.g., Hazard Analyses, Risk Assessments, Safety Cases, Verification & Validation reports).
• Identify safety risks and develop recommendations for mitigation and compliance.

Technical Leadership:

• Facilitate technical assessments, applying best practices in safety assurance and industry methodologies.
• Develop and review safety management plans and provide support to assessors in the assessment process.

Communication & Reporting:

• Generate comprehensive safety assessment reports and executive summaries for client and regulatory submission.
• Lead meetings and discussions to address assessment findings, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.
• Represent the ISA team as a safety subject matter expert at client meetings.

Risk Assessment:

• Evaluate safety risks throughout project phases and implement risk mitigation measures as per regulatory standards.

Compliance and Standards:

• Stay informed on the latest railway safety standards and ensure all assessments meet national and international requirements.
