Project Manager (CONTRACT ROLE) 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a positive attitude and a knack for handling complex stakeholder requirements and managing technically challenging projects. 
 If you are an APM or Planner looking for a chance to really make a mark, we would also be very interested in hearing from you. 
 You will be given responsibility for one of the most complex and technically challenging projects in the Rail & Sponsored Services Asset Renewal Portfolio. 
 The project will be replacing a Signalling traffic management system for the East London Line. 
 
 Knowledge: 
 • Good knowledge of, and experience within, the UK rail industry; including safety issues in operating railway environment 
 • Knowledge and understanding of project and programme management methodologies and their practical application in a transport setting 
 • Knowledge and understanding of project controls tools and techniques 
 • Good understanding of TfL project management and governance processes 
 • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction or related discipline, or equivalent qualification. 
 • Higher Professional Qualification in Project Management e.g. IPMA Level C, MAPM. 
 • Knowledge and understanding of project budgeting, procurement processes and contract management in a project setting
