To be suitable for the position you must have
• At least 3 years Project/Framework Management experience in the rail sector.
• Experience working at a construction CRE on network rail projects
• Experience Managing teams of 6+.
• Minimum HND / HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience managing high volumes of low value works (ideally maintenance contracts)
• Ideally worked on framework agreement in the rail sector.

• Delivery of the contract within programme and budget.
• Control and management of subcontract resources to the highest levels of safety, quality and efficiency.
• The provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Framework Manager.

• Role Information
• Managing the Civils Asset Management Framework and associated maintenance work on a range of civil engineering works predominantly associated with rail (bridges, embankments, stations, platforms, tunnels etc.).
• The business unit are involved in multi-disciplinary civils projects across the Anglia region, whether infrastructure
• You will be directly responsible for the daily management of various rail and civil engineering projects within our portfolio work in the region and leading successful contract delivery.
• Input in projects at all stages from pre-qualifying and tendering through to completion.
• Ensuring that the site team are fully apprised of the contract parameters
