Project Manager required for a luxury residential developer who have been established in and around London for 20 years. In the market place they have one of the best names in the industry. Their projects are all bespoke large luxury housing projects.


We are on the lookout for a Project Manager who can manage a turn-key contractor in delivery/installation a £17m package consisting of – 2no Footbridges/New Station Entrance & Road Bridge/Road over and around the Jubilee & DLR Line. and installation of a Haul Road around the site.

Person specification:

• Experience in delivering this sort of work before within a Rail environment
• Understand the constraints working over a live railway and managing stakeholder requirements
• Has a driven attitude and understands the importance of delivering on time
• Strong attitude towards Health and Safety
• Worked on Projects with a NWR/TFL/LUL interface before.
• Worked as the Client on similar Projects
• Understanding of ICC Contracts
• Current Rail competency
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Rail/Construction environment as a Project Manager delivering/managing similar type of Project

Job Purpose
• Responsible for the day to day delivery of all aspects of the Project reporting back to the Senior Project Manager
• Managing Sub-contractors to deliver a quality build within agreed timescales
