My industry leading construction and civil engineering client, is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their work winning team in York.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall delivery of the project
• Manage and coordinate multi disciplines throughout the design and delivery process
• Liaison with and coordinate interaction between design, construction etc
• Ensure all planning conditions are met and adhered to
• Be responsible for managing budgets, including preparation of future section proposals
• Develop and manage the detailed delivery programmes and report on milestones
• Produce periodic reports capturing all the above

Candidate Requirements:

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent
• Proven experience working as PM or Senior Agent on Civil Engineering or Rail projects
• Temporary works knowledge
• Commercially astute
• PTS/CSCS - Advantageous
