OVERVIEW

Ganymede are working together with a fantastic multi-disciplinary Tier 1 contractor to Network Rail in order to identify, select, and secure an expert Project Manager within their signalling and telecoms division tasked with leading, developing, and wining projects whilst building successful and long-lasting client relationships across their multi-million-pound framework.

COMPANY

Our client is a Tier 1 contractor within part of a wider multi-national Infrastructure delivery group with a turnover of upwards of £4.5Billion. The branch you will be working for manage multi-disciplinary projects across the rail industry and have an excellent brand that you will want to be a part of. Perhaps no better to work for, they have projects secured on the CP6 framework for years to come with values as small as £300,000 up to £40m on any given project: boasting an excellent opportunity to secure your long-term future.

THE ROLE

At the forefront of a signalling and telecoms framework, this Project Manager position requires someone with a high level of knowledge across power and signalling schemes with a proven track record as you will be leading site teams and the delivery of projects as well as assisting or leading framework bids on multi-disciplinary tenders. We are offering the opportunity to work for a world class contractor delivering some of the most exciting projects taking place in the UK right now.

Of course, as Project Manager you must be able to develop and build strong client relationships as a large portion of the includes renewals/replenishment of existing assets meaning the ability to create longevity in workload is vital to your success in this position.

THE REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a professional and motivated individual with the hunger to continue their successful career within the industry and as such, you must have some form of engineering qualification. You will have previously worked for a Tier 1 consultancy or contractor in a similar position and hold a proven background of success within signalling and telecoms delivery and work winning.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

• If required, you will be supported through your Chartership process.
• £50,000-£55,000 per annum dependant on your experience
• Overtime paid if required over weekends or at night on site
• Car or Car Allowance
