£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, negotiated dependant on experience plus car, bonus and phone / laptop

My client is a rapidly growing force in the Rail sector and are looking for a Project Manager to develop and manage the delivery of Surveying projects within the rail sector, also looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Relevant Rail surveying experience including job estimation and QA
- Site Project management experience whilst in a senior role (around 2 years)
- Good level of financial understanding in a business application
- Proven ability to deliver on goals and targets
- Experience of applying Health & Safety rules and regulations in the work place
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of numeracy and literacy & must be computer literate
- A full UK driving licence
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Experience of developing a team
Role Information;
To support the Operations Manager in achieving departmental targets. Achieve and maintain Achilles Link-Up accreditation for the company. To ensure all projects are completed to time, budget and required quality. Support and liaise with other Project Managers within the management team. Comply with company H&S policy and ensure safe working practices are adopted. Promote the company image and encourage sales and development opportunities. Assess and communicate resource requirements with the Operations Manager. Promote the company image and encourage sales and development opportunities. Relationship management of key corporate accounts and contracts. Assess and communicate resource requirements with the Operations Manager. Project estimations and quotations, including site visits. Carry out Audits to ensure the companies SHEQ standards and procedures are adhered to. Research, assess, explore and promote business development and growth opportunities.
