This ambitious and growing organisation are looking for you, a talented Site Manager for their latest regeneration scheme in High Wycombe; a high value, high spec retirement village which will offer its residents a new lease of life when it opens in 2019.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re the Project Manager I am looking for if you are motivated by big projects with top flight contractors. This job is the latest in a long line of successful regeneration schemes the company have delivered in recent years with a further portfolio of projects you can move onto when its completes in 2019. THE JOB

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project! The Scheme is worth £45m and comprises of 260 apartments, shops, leisure and retail facilities so you and your teams will certainly have their work cut out. The project is currently 12 months into the program at various stages of completion with one block at fit out stage and the other just coming out of the ground. The build is a combination of steel frame, concrete frame and traditional masonry with tradition pitched roofs. Site hours run from 7.30am-5pm, but as you’d expect you need to put the hours to ensure the project stays on track. You’ll lead a team of 5 site managers to get the project over the line ensure the site achieves 100% compliance with NHBC standards and over 75% on the completed customer satisfaction surveys so the work should be top notch!

THE REQUIREMENTS

You’re the Project Manager I am looking for if you have a proven track record of working on large mixed use schemes for a main contractor. You’ll have CSCS (at Site Manager Level) SMSTS and First Aid at Work. Candidates with supporting qualifications such as BTEC/NVQ Level 3-4 or degree will be looked upon favorably.

SALARY

  • £65K + CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE (£6k) + BONUS + PENSION + HEALTHCARE + 28 DAYS HOLIDAY
